This coaching package will expose you to three assessments which we will debrief together to help you grow in these three areas.
The first assessment is called the Birkman Signature Report and it will give you insights around your Interests, Usual behaviors, Needs, Stress style, Strengths, and Career functions.
The second assessment is the EQi 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence OR Relational Intelligence) which gives you insight into Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal Dynamics, Decision Making, and Stress Management.
The third assessment is the Working Genius which helps you identify what stage of work brings you the most joy, energy, fulfillment, and productivity. It explores your two working geniuses, your two working competencies, and your two working frustrations. The six stages of work are Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enabling, and Tenancy.
