what are the benefits of mentor coaching with charles?
You will deepen your coaching skills which will help with certification but mainly help your clients.
You will grow in your confidence as your competency increases.
You will gain awareness of your coaching style and how to leverage that with your clients.
You will be prepared to advance in your certification progress to the AAC, PCC, or MCC level.

what is the process for mentor coaching?
30 minute call to see what you need from mentor coaching and determine a mutual good fit.
Initial written self-assessment of your current coaching skills.
You will coach me to get a bench mark of your skill level.
Optional Assessment to gain awareness about your coaching style: Birkman, EQi 2.0, or Working Genius.
7 Sessions lasting 1.5 hours which total 10 hours needed for ACC, ACC Renewal, and PCC.
Normally we will listen to a recording of you coaching. Then we will generate WIN feedback. I will provide a written observation unique to each level of certification.
I can coach you one time to experience MCC level coaching.
We can focus on a certain part of a coaching session or a particular skill.
We will discuss tips on how to get the best recordings for your ICF Performance Evaluation.
We will discuss tips on how to pass the ICF Exam.
After these sessions you will most likely have two recordings you can turn in.
