Every leader is unique and expresses leadership according to their style. In this session, we will be debriefing your Birkman Signature Report and gaining insights into your usual behaviors, needs, stress behaviors, career interests, and career functions.
Session 2: Leader's Dashboard and Domains
With the Leader's Dashboard, you have a one page document which has your vision, mission, values, edge, top initiatives, top performance metrics, key relationships, and key development opportunities.
With the Leader's Domains, you will have an overview of the key areas of your life and leadership which affect your overall satisfaction and work/life balance. You will evaluate each of you domains and design a developmental plan for any of the domains which need work.
Session 3: Growing Your Powerbase
As you grow your powerbase you will enjoy great security in your current role and career. You can also get more opportunities as your status improves for your career trajectory. It will be easier to get things done and make things happen.In this session we will assess your current powerbase and discover ways to improve key relationships. You will design an action plan so you can make on going progress.
